Is this Karen Davila's take on Bea Alonzo's transfer to GMA?

Broadcast journalist Karen Davila has encouraged netizens to respect other's decision.
Karen did not name names in connection with her post, but it seems like she's referring to Bea Alonzo's jump to GMA 7.
The ABS-CBN news anchor said: "Let us be slow in casting judgment over a person’s decision to leave."
Karen thinks not everyone knows the "whole story" of Bea's move to Kapuso Network.
The broadcaster also said people need to work.
"Maliit po ang industriya. Bilog po ang mundo. Magkikita kita rin tayo," she reminded. "All will work out in God’s time."
A confused netizen then asked Karen what her post was all about.
Karen replied: "Too much negativity on social media today over a transfer. To each his own. Kalma lang (smiling face with three hearts)."
Meanwhile, an online user told Karen that the "temper" of netizens is understandable because Bea allegedly "chose to abandon" her ongoing project.
"Kaya pala ayaw ng bumalik sa lock-in taping kasi lilipat na," he added.
"Sorry to hear this," Karen answered.
Bea was supposed to work with Richard Gutierrez, Rafael Rosell, Christian Bables, and Jameson Blake via "Kahit Minsan Lang."
Karen has reiterated her support to ABS-CBN in a video.
In there, she was explaining her reason to Ogie Diaz why she chose to stay with the network despite the shutdown.
"ABS-CBN's is at its lowest today. Hindi ako magiging Karen Davila if not for ABS-CBN - that's a fact! I have been in (ABS-CBN) for 21 years. So I really have to say - with all my heart, the Karen Davila you've seen today is really a product of ABS-CBN," she said.
"Kumbaga naging ganito po ako, lumaki po ako ng ganito dahil po sa tiwala ng (ABS-CBN), 'di ba? So at (ABS-CBN's) lowest point, I wanna be there for (ABS-CBN) and see where this goes," Karen added. "When the time comes that, you know, ayaw na nila or hindi na pwede, then I've already prayed to the Lord about it and I'm ready."
