Celebrities mourn the passing of ALV's Benjamin Gabitan

Kapuso actress Carla Abellana is among local stars grieving the death of ALV Talent Circuit Inc. handler Benjamin Gabitan.

On Instagram, she shared a photo of her with Benjamin.

"I love you, Benj… It breaks my heart to know you’re gone… I’m so terribly sorry I wasn’t there when you needed help, Benj… No more stress, discomfort and pain… You can now finally rest… You’ll always have a special place in my heart, Benj…," her caption read.

Other celebrities immediately commented on her post.

These include the likes of Coney Reyes, Lovi Poe, Pokwang, Katrina Halili, and Bianca King.

Benjamin's last post on Facebook was on July 1, 9 p.m.

He was asking for an ambulance to be sent to his place in Makati.

TV personality RJ Ledesma shared some updates in the comment section of the said post.

But around 9 am, July 2, RJ announced that Benjamin has passed away.
