DILG issues safety seals to Mandaluyong City Hall offices; ramps up 'Relax We're Vaxed' campaign
The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) has issued COVID-19 safety seals to various buildings and offices inside the Mandaluyong City Hall complex for successfully complying with the safety guidelines set by the DILG to combat the spread of the coronavirus disease.

The Office of the City Mayor, City Administrator's Office, Task Force Anti-Vice, City Social Welfare and Development Department, Human Resource Management Department and the Public Information Office were initially given the safety seal while the City Hall Executive Building was awarded its safety seal last Monday.

Mandaluyong City Mayor Menchie Abalos, together with other government officials, also attached 'Relax We're Vaxed' safety stickers to offices at the city hall whose employees were already fully vaccinated.
"We have to bear in mind that this is not just for our own safety but also for our families and the public," Abalos said.
She said that other offices will soon be given the safety seal once all their employees get fully vaccinated.
Meanwhile, the city government also ramped up its 'Relax We're Vaxed' campaign after placing safety seals on houses and establishments where people have already been vaccinated in Barangay Addition Hills.

They also conducted onsite and house-to-house vaccinations for bedridden residents, especially senior citizens.

As of July 15, the city has already deployed 337,735 vaccines -- 219,921 for the first dose and 17,814 for the second dose.
