Schedule of mall registration released

Know the schedule of mall registration in your area which will start this month.

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Thursday, July 15, released the initial list of voter registration booths to be established in selected Robinsons Malls nationwide.

"We are happy to announce that there are now 16 planned mall registration booths where applicants can enjoy a more accessible and convenient registration process," Comelec Spokesperson James Jimenez said in a statement.

The poll body said application forms will be available for free at the booths which may also be downloaded at comelec.gov.ph, or accomplished online at irehistro.comelec.gov.ph.

"For application forms filled out via the mobile app, only the QR code is to be presented. Bring at least one valid ID," it said.

The malls and their respective schedules are as follows:

"The public is reminded that a limited number of applicants will be accepted daily due to various considerations, such as mall hours and strict adherence to health protocols," Jimenez said.

Voter registration will run until Sept. 30, 2021.
