Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray announced the top 13 semi-finalists of the Binibining Pilipinas 2021 beauty pageant held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City on July 11.

The top 13 candidates delivered a short speech about their experience during the pandemic.
