Is Mariole Alberto now with GMA?

Talk has it that the former head of ABS-CBN's talent arm, Star Magic, is now a certified Kapuso.

Adding to the buzz is veteran showbiz denizen Cristy Fermin who announced the same via her show, "Cristy Per Minute."

She said, "Nasa GMA Artist Center na si Ms. Mariole Alberto na talaga nga namang nagpasikat sa maraming artista ng ABS-CBN sa pamamagitan ng Star Magic."

“Wag tayong mabibigla mga kapatid dahil ito ay tawag ng panahon. Natural lamang na ang mga artista na tulad din nating mga ordinaryong tao na sa panahon ngayon ng pandemya eh kailangan nila ng trabaho," she added.

Mariole and GMA are yet to confirm the news.

Mariole left ABS-CBN December last year.

According to the media giant, her departure was in line with "organizational changes."

By then, Star Magic founder Johnny Manahan had also left ABS-CBN.

After a brief stint on TV5, he is now with Wilfredo Buendia Revillame Productions (WBR), a blocktimer on GMA.

Laurenti Dyogi now heads Star Magic.
