Actor Derrick Monasterio has set hearts fluttering as he flexed his muscles in his latest eye-catching photo.


On Instagram June 5, Derrick stripped off to flaunt his bulging biceps when he posed using still rings.


Derrick, 25, said it took him "one year and lots of injuries" to achieve a buff bod.


"Feeling gymnast? Lol but seriously took me a good year and a lot of injuries to unlock ring muscle up. 


"In general, I love the grind when it comes to achieving really difficult stuff. In life, Nothing comes easy baby," wrote Derrick on IG.
