Rabiya Mateo prays for 'stronger spirit and tougher heart' after split with boyfriend Neil Salvacion

Following reports on the breakup, reigning Miss Universe Philippines Rabiya Mateo prayed for stronger spirit and tougher heart.

"Praying for stronger spirit and tougher heart every day," wrote Rabiya on Instagram June 4.

The beauty queen also shared a silhouette photo where she looks out the window.

While Rabiya posted a cryptic caption, netizens believeÂ it has something to do with the status of her relationship with nurse-boyfriend Neil Salvacion.

Rabiya shared herÂ prayer after Neil confirmed their split on social media.

Despite the break-up, Neil said they are "both" okay and "moving forward."

Netizens consoled Rabiya on her heartbreak by giving heart emojis on the comment section of her post.

Rabiya is still on an extended vacation in the US after she competed at the 69th Miss Universe beauty pageant held in Hollywood, Florida.

Jonas Gaffud, creative director of Miss Universe Philippines, who accompanied Rabiya in the US, said that the Ilongga beauty queen will stay longer in the US to attend to several activities.

Reports also said that Rabiya will try to search for his father in the US.

Gaffud said Rabiya is expected to come home in July.

Rabiya finished in the top 21 of the 69th Miss Universe Competition.
