Georgina Wilson's sister shares recent near-death experience
Georgina Wilson's sister Jess, Wilson's wedding day almost become her last day.Â
She had a near-death experience, which she shared on Instagram.

According to her, it occurred last Sunday in Palawan.Â
There were just taking photos in the area, she said, "not knowing this was going to be a moment that would change me forever."

"A friend went first, took her photo and came back out. I then went to take mine and in a few seconds, felt this immense sharp sting to my foot."
Apparently, she got stung by a stonefish.Â

She was rushed to a hospital in Culion on a speedboat.
"It was pitch black, the water incredibly calm," she vividly recalled.Â

"I've never felt such pain in my life. Online it says it's an excruciating severe pain. I could only describe it as (similar to) that pain when you burn yourself."
"The sting won't go away. It's like that, for hours, 10x."

Jess admitted she knew the very second the creature scraped her toe it was a stonefish.
"It's meant to kill in seconds," she related, adding how the fishes are among most deadly creatures in the world.
Anyway, she's so thankful to have been given a second chance in life.
"Never take life for granted," she said.Â
Jess noted how the said experience became a reminder of how fragile life is; how quickly everything can be taken away.
"How grateful you have to be for today," she added.
"Pls don't send me messages just yet of how scary poisonous it is (trust me I know)."
She's still recovering, 3 IVs, 2 tetanus shots, 2 ER, X-rays and countless painkillers, later.
"Will look back on this one day and try to make sense of this story," she declared.
