Cathy Garcia-Molina to dump ABS-CBN?

Talks about the blockbuster director leaving the network emerged after she was seen hanging out with Willie Revillame and her favorite actor John Lloyd Cruz.

Many were quick to assume it was an obvious sign that she is being recruited by the Kapuso Network through Willie.

Is she?

Well, not quite.

Unless she wants to get embroiled in a huge heap of legal tussle.

In a recent huddle, Cathy made clear she still has an ongoing contract with ABS-CBN.

She detailed that the contract doesn't allow her to work on any movie unless it is co-produced by Star Cinema.

As to her hanging out with Willie, Cathy said it is not for a film but for a commercial.

So there.
