Derek Ramsay defends John Lloyd Cruz

Hunk actor Derek Ramsay recently shielded John Lloyd Cruz from a rude basher.

In there, though netizens commended Derek for being a caring stepdad to his fiancée's son Elias, it didn't sit well to him that he put the biological father, John Lloyd, in a bad light.

In fact, the naysayer even asked Ellen Adarna's former partner to thank Derek for doing his supposed responsibility.

But Derek pointed out that the 38-year-old actor is a "good father" to Elias.

"Bro that's not nice."

Meanwhile, other online users left positive remarks about how Elias is fortunate and blessed to have two dads in his life who both love him so much.

One even wrote: "Why can't we just be happy for these people? Y'all are so righteous and stuff but, in real life, are you as sensitive to other people's feelings as you pretend to be? First we judge them for being together after their previous relationships, now we judge him for being a good step-father to his fiancee's son? Shouldn't that be what he's doing? To love the child as his own? Did they deprive JL of his right to be a father to Elias? People just comment and say mean stuff but in reality we're all just hypocrites. Get a life."

Note that some bashers made nasty comments following Derek's recent post during Elias' third birthday celebration.

In there, Derek and Ellen threw a Spiderman-themed party for the kid.

Meanwhile, John Lloyd had a wonderful time celebrating his son's birthday, as well as the recent Father's Day.

In fact, John Lloyd's manager, Maja Salvador even showed their intimate blowout for Elias.
