Barangay 28 in Manila 1st to get 'Safety Seal'

Barangay 28 in Tondo, Manila is the first barangay in the city to be awarded with the Safety Seal.

The Safety Seal is given to establishments that comply with basic health protocols.

The barangay is headed by Chairman Diosdado M. Santiago.

It was inspected by LGOO III Jephany M. Pingkihan and Pat. Anjobert Aviles of the Manila Police District.
