HOW TRUE? Tension brewing between Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston on 'The Morning Show'

Tension is reportedly brewing on the set of the TV series "The Morning Show" between co-stars and former BFFs Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon.

In the online edition of Star Magazine, both stars are reportedly chilly on the season 2 set of "The Morning Show."

"There was some friction, with some eye rolling and whispering going on. They used to hang out when the cameras were not rolling, but not now," the same report said.

Jennifer and Reese met on the set of "Friends" in 2000.

Reese played the younger sister of Jennifer in the defunct TV series.

"She was so sweet to me. She was just effortlessly affable, bubbly and sunny. We've been friends ever since," said Jennifer then, according to the same report.

In March, Jennifer greeted Reese happy birthday with a shared photo of her costar.

Despite the tension, both stars will hide any cracks, Star Magazine reported.
