Barangay BF Homes in Paranaque City launches drive-thru vaccination program
A drive-thru vaccination program was launched by the homeowners association of Barangay BF Homes with the aim of vaccinating residents who could no longer visit the vaccination sites of the city government.

Mayor Edwin Olivarez was very thankful with the homeowners association of Barangay BF Homes in helping the city government, in coordination with the City Health Office under Dr. Olga Virtusio, in helping city residents to get vaccinated through a drive-thru vaccination program.
Olivarez said the drive-thru vaccination program, aside from helping residents who could not visit the city’s vaccination sites because of their health condition, also serves those who want to get inoculated but are busy with their work.
He said the program will help the city government inoculate the target 60 percent of the 894,000 population which is equivalent to 446,923 individuals for the city government to achieve herd immunity by November.
The mayor also said the city government has been vaccinating 5,435 individuals a day and had increased this to 6,700 in the past few weeks.
Olivarez said that with the launching of the drive-thru vaccination program, the city government expects that the number of vaccinated individuals in the city will increase.
