Balenciaga and RuPaul present perfect 'fits to wear while you stream 'Drag Race'

As drag icon RuPaul Charles once said, "We're born naked, and the rest is drag." Some may disagree with that, depending on their beliefs toward the LGBTQIA+ community, but an aspect of it is true in the lives of both heterosexual and queer folks. Drag is the art of transformation, after all. In our life, we transform in many different ways and in multiple times, and that includes clothing.

RuPaul, for one, is known for his many style metamorphosis on the "Drag Race" runway. While they have been all fierce and sickening, the seasoned drag artist steps into the world of minimalism with her collaboration merch collection with French luxury brand Balenciaga.

The limited-edition line features RuPaul's signature on caps, shirts, and hoodies—perfect pieces to don as you binge-watch "Drag Race." This merch collection also comes with their music collaboration, as they curated a playlist for for a queen.

For the luxury brand, the legendary Ru collected hits from divas and pop royalties like Mariah Carey, Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Madonna, and Rihanna, very reminiscent of the music played in the discos and night bars in our pre-pandemic time.
