Vice Ganda says interview with Noynoy Aquino one of his career highlights

"Once in a lifetime experience."

This is how comedian Vice Ganda described his encounter some years ago with former president Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III, who passed away on June 24.

On Instagram, Kris Aquino's colleague shared that having the privilege to interview the late government official for "Gandang Gabi Vice" in 2015 during his term as President was "one of the highlights of my career."

"And also one of the best episodes of my program," he said.

"Thank you very much Sir Noy for the honor to personally meet you and have that once in a lifetime experience. As a Filipino I am grateful for your integrity. May you rest in peace our 15’th President of the Philippines, Benigno Aquino III."

Back then, Noynoy revealed so much information about him - from having former president Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo as his teacher to the bullet still lodged in his neck.

The Ateneo graduate also talked about how he enjoys watching UAAP games and singing when he's alone.
