Kris Aquino thanks Duterte for condolences

Actress-TV host Kris Aquino recently expressed gratitude to people who extended their sympathy following her brother, former president Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III's, untimely passing, recently.

Among those she thanked is President Duterte.

"Maraming salamat kay Presidente Duterte, du'n sa kanyang - nararamdaman namin na sinsiredad na pagko-condole sa pamilya namin," was how she put it.

Kris also mentioned Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea's effort to comfort their family.

According to her, the latter offered them "everything that we wanted."

In the same statement, Kris also talked about Noynoy's cremation, upcoming memorial service, and how thankful she is that she and they have made peace before his passing.
