‘Good Boy’ Kim Seon Ho goes unemployed in upcoming Korean Drama

Kim Seon Ho, popularly known as “Good Boy” Han Ji Pyeong from “Start-Up,” shifts from being a wealthy team leader at SH Venture Capital to being “technically unemployed” in an upcoming Korean drama airing later this year.

Netflix just recently announced that “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” will be available on its streaming platform by the second half of 2021. Good news for the folks who are part of #TeamGoodBoy as Kim Seon Ho takes the lead, playing the role of Hong Du-sik.

“Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” is directed by Yu Je-won and written by Shin Ha-eun. Forming the main cast together with Kim Seon Ho are actors Shin Min-A, and Lee Sang Yi.

The cast of ‘Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha’

Hong Du-sik (played by Kim) is a technically unemployed person who takes odd part-time jobs to help everyone in the village. In the series, he’s set to meet Yoon Hye-jin, played by Shin Min-A who we’ve all adored in “My Girlfriend is a Nine-Tailed Fox.” Hye-jin (played by Shin) on the other hand, is a beauty-plus-brains dentist who puts up her own clinic in the seaside village of Gongjin, just nearby where Du-sik lives.

In the drama, the two meet in the beautiful scenery of Gongjin, and fall in love with each other amidst their differences and flaws.

Will Kim Seon Ho finally get the love he deserves as Hong Du-sik in this upcoming drama, or will his efforts be flushed down the drain? We’re sure to find out soon, only on Netflix.
