Santos Knight Frank named best real estate agency in PH

Real estate agency Santos Knight Frank is this year's best real estate agency in the Philippines, according to the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Awards.

A statement said that Santos Knight Frank won in the Asia Pacific Awards categories of “Best Real Estate Agency (Single Office),” “Best Leasing Agency,” and “Best Property Consultancy” in the Philippines for 2021 to 2022.

A world-renowned mark of excellence, the Asia Pacific Property Awards is part of the International Property Awards (IPA) that celebrates the highest levels of achievement of residential and commercial property professionals worldwide.

Since 2012, Santos Knight Frank has received 31 awards from the IPA. This includes an eight-year winning streak in the Best Leasing Agency and seven years in the Best Real Estate Agency categories.

Founded 27 years ago, Santos Knight Frank was the first and leading real estate services provider in the Philippines.

It has facilitated more than 4 million sqm of office space transactions, including the largest office leasing deal in Philippine real estate history.

During the pandemic, Santos Knight Frank closed the largest land portfolio transaction in Cebu and the biggest office leasing deal of 2020 in the highly important business district of Bonifacio Global City.
