AFEEC expects 1.5K attendees

The online Asian Family Enterprise Excellence Conference (AFEEC) 2021 being held this week (June 25-26, 2021) expects to draw some 1,500 attendees.

The virtual gathering, which features 45 international experts, researchers and corporate leaders, focuses on how Asian family businesses can be sustainable and resilient under the new normal.

Specifically, the two-day conference tackles two areas.

First is collective shared learning in the pandemic that should aid recovery.

Second is reaffirmation of best practices of family business that withstood the test of time, based on studies and research.

On the first day, speakers explain how family enterprises should prepare for the new economy, how to preserve wealth and crisis-proof the business, how to leverage on next generation passion and capacities as well as how to invest and build one's legacy - the fundamentals of wealth succession, plus achieving corporate longevity.

Day one speakers will also present studies on family businesses, in addition to family business transition and success stories.

Second day speakers will discuss breakthroughs in the pandemic to aid economic recovery, community involvement, dealing with technological disruptors, professionalizing the family enterprise and fostering transgenerational entrepreneurship.

While the event on June 25 and 26 is live, attendees can continue to have access to the event platform for 30 days after the event.

Aside from re-watching the sessions, they can continue to have networking opportunities with fellow attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors, and access bonus content.
