Digitally-restored 'Miss You Like Crazy' streams on KTX

ABS-CBN Film Restoration brings back the kilig vibes from Bea Alonzo and John Lloyd Cruz as the digitally restored version of their box-office hit "Miss You Like Crazy" streams in the Sagip Pelikula Festival starting June 29 (Tuesday) at 7:30 PM on KTX.

John Lloyd plays Alan, whose life is near perfect with a coming job promotion and a stable relationship, while Bea is the downtrodden Mia, who can't seem to find a break as her family constantly falls into a crisis. Their lives may be on opposite paths but a serendipitous meeting on a ferry boat ride will change their journey forever.

Directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina and written by Vanessa Valdez, Tey Clamor, and Juan Miguel Sevilla, Star Cinema's 2010 romantic flick also starred Maricar Reyes, Sylvia Sanchez, Jun Urbano, Ryan Eigenmann, Ina Feleo, Sid Lucero, Malou De Guzman, Ketchup Eusebio, Dianne Medina, Bembol Roco, Tirso Cruz III, Noel Trinidad, Hans Isaac, among many others.

Aside from "Miss You Like Crazy," also featured in the festival are more of John Lloyd's films, including "One More Chance," "In My Life," "Dubai," and "The Mistress" beginning June 30 (Wednesday) on KTX.

ABS-CBN Film Restoration and its Sagip Pelikula project continue to treasure Philippine cinema classics by restoring and remastering films from directors and writers of note for today's viewers to appreciate. These efforts have earned multiple recognitions from award-giving bodies worldwide, including the prestigious Gold Quill Award given by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and the Gawad Pedro Bucaneg from Unyon ng mga Manunulat sa Pilipinas (UMPIL).
