Jelai Andres files concubinage complaint against Jon Gutierrez

Sexy actress Jelai Andres has taken the legal path relating to her marital woes with Ex Battalion rapper King Badger or Jon Gutierrez.

In a report from TV5, the Kapuso star reportedly filed a complaint for concubinage at the Department of Justice.

Among those embroiled in the case is Jon and his alleged other woman as with several people who supposedly condoned the singer-actor's action.

According to the vlogger's lawyer, their camp also filed a separate complaint against Jon in violation of Republic Act No. 9262 or The Anti-Violence against Women and their Children Act of 2004.

Jon was present at the second hearing along with his lawyer.

Though their camp didn't submit a counter affidavit and refused to give a statement.

Jelai is also said to be working on annulling their marriage.

The two tied the knot in 2018.

Trouble loomed not long after following Jon's cheating scandal.

The two then fought mostly on social media with Jelai, at one point, accusing Jon of being a “drug addict.”

The latter denied the allegation.
