The highly-anticipated BTS Meal has been launched at McDonald’s stores in the Philippines Friday and thousands of customers, especially BTS ARMYs, have already enjoyed it.

BTS Meal, a collaboration between McDonald’s and K-pop superstars and Grammy nominees BTS, consists of 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, medium World Famous Fries, medium Coca-Cola, and Sweet Chili and Cajun sauces inspired by popular recipes from McDonald’s South Korea.

McDonald’s Philippines adorned its stores with purple decorations, a color closely associated with BTS and BTS ARMYs.

On Twitter, the hashtag #BTSMeal trended as customers and BTS ARMYs posted their purchases.

Sisters Lady Ann Ebatan and Lory Ann Tubice of Calamba, Laguna, went to the McDonald's Eton City Square branch in Sta. Rosa, Laguna to buy the BTS Meal.

“The dips are good,” said Ebatan.

On the McDonald’s Philippines Facebook page, customers and fans praised the meal and the crew.

“I really enjoyed the BTS meal rollout here in PH! Props to the very accommodating Mcdo PH crew,” one commented.

Another said, “Thank you for this. When I enter any McDonald's branches I can feel that it's our celebration. The purple balloons and the purple surrounding is like my dream home. Eating and vibing BTS music is our sanctuaries. Appreciating the efforts of everyone who's behind this collaboration. Borahae.”

“We, PH ARMYs are so thankful to all the crews, staff, delivery drivers, and managers in different branches of McDonald's nationwide for making a lot of efforts with their interior designs, as well as their hard work for serving BTS Meals to ARMYs, and for taking into consideration the neatness of serving the packaging according to their guidelines that were given to them from the top managers! We salute you all! We will not forget this,” one BTS fan wrote.

McDonald’s Philippines will be offering promos and deals for those ordering the BTS Meal. Weekly deals will be offered to those who will buy the BTS Meal via front counter and drive-thru transactions with the McDonald’s app from June 21 to July 9!

Under the Lucky Ride Promo, from June 21 to 27, McDonald’s has a special offer for customers ordering the BTS Meal via drive-thru. Flexing your BTS memorabilia will get you a free upgrade from medium to large fries and Coke.

From June 25 to 27, ordering the BTS Meal via the McDelivery app will only have a delivery fee of P7.

On June 19, McDonald's and BTS will release the “Behind The Sauce,” a behind-the-scenes video of BTS filming the BTS Meal ad.

"Since the initial announcement of the partnership with BTS, we’ve received really positive feedback from other countries, so we’re thrilled that Filipino customers will finally be able to enjoy The BTS Meal! This is truly an exciting campaign because customers from all over the world can connect with such an iconic band through the McDonald’s food they love,” said Oliver Rabatan, assistant vice president for Marketing and Channels of McDonald’s Philippines.
