Grab this chance to become IKEA's first 'cover model'

To those who are waiting for the day that this “big blue box” would finally open the door to home furnishings heaven, fret no more as IKEA gives you something to be excited about -- the chance for you to become the cover model of its first magazine in the Philippines.

Magazine covers used to be for the “models” but IKEA is finding people like you and me who are fans of its products. In fact, on a Facebook post, IKEA says you can be of any “age, size..” or be “serious, crazy, nerd, funny, fluffy, huge, tiny.”  Individuals, couples, or a large family can join in the fun. And what’s more, IKEA will shower the winner with P30,000 worth of vouchers!  That P30,000 would go a long way to finally transform any drab space into an IKEA showcase. 

Just make sure you visit the contest mechanics at ikea.ph/magazine-cover-search.  Announcement of the winner will be in July, a much awaited prelude to its opening, which is speculated to be at the end of this year. This is truly a Christmas shopping to remember, an antidote from all the stresses of pandemic life. Now, before I miss my chance, let me submit my entry!
