Lea Salonga tries voice acting anew via Netflix animated series 'Centaurworld'

Lea Salonga will be lending her voice to the new Netflix animated series "Centaurworld."

On Facebook, the seasoned thespian revealed that she already recorded her bits at Hit Productions Inc.

She then thanked Vic Icasas for all the help.

"Yahooooo! Been sitting on this for more than a year! This was a blast to work on! Hoping I get to see all the voice actors in person at some point and get to hug their necks! #Centaurworld #Netflix," she wrote.

Lea also expressed how she can’t wait to finally see the fruits of their labor.

The story follows a hardened war horse who’s transported away from battle. She finds herself in a land that's inhabited by silly, singing centaurs of all shapes and sizes.

Prior, Lea provided the singing voices of two official Disney Princesses: Jasmine in "Aladdin" (1992) and "Fa Mulan in Mulan" (1998).
