Epy Quizon shares update on 14-hectare Dolphyville in Batangas

Vacant lots at Dolphyville in Calatagan, Batangas are now in the pre-selling stage.

This was revealed by singer-actress Zsa Zsa Padilla, Dolphy's domestic partner of 23 years.

In her vlog, Zsa Zsa and the kids of the late comedy king Epy and Zia Quizon talked about the estate.

According to Epy, the 14-hectare property used to be the mango farm of the Quizon family.

Now, the family converted the area into a residential area. It was also learned that the roads in the area are 90 percent done.

Epy said that he and his siblings are now discussing how to name the streets in the area.

At first, the kids thought of using their names. But Epy said that there would be a shortage of pavement.

Dolphy has 17 children from six relationships.

Epy said that his other sibllings thought of Dolphy's well-loved characters, while the main road will be named after their dad.

There would also be a Dolphyville Manor, a hotel-resort type with a museum featuring Dolphy's achievements during his almost seven-decade career in showbiz.

Dolphy (Rodolfo Quizon in real life) passed away on July 10, 2012, 15 days before his 84th birthday.

Aside from the residential complex, there would also be commercial lots.
