Mayor Aguilar helps 10-year-old girl suffering from cerebral palsy

Mayor Imelda Aguilar has granted the appeal for help of a 52- year-old grandmother for her 10-year-old granddaughter who is suffering from cerebral palsy.

Lola Luningning Cabrera of 5 San Quintine Building, EMMAUS, Barangay Talon 5, Las Pinas City took the courage in visiting the office of Aguilar to ask for help for her granddaughter Daisree.

Aguilar, after learning of Daisree's lack of nutritious foods, milk, diaper, and vitamins, immediately gave the girl a thorough medical check-up.

The mayor also gave the family food packs and vitamins needed by the 10-year-old girl.

Lola Luningning said that her son left his three children under her care after separating from his wife six years ago.

Lola Luningning's partner, a construction worker, lost his job at the start of the pandemic.

She said that before the pandemic, her son, who was working as a rider of Lazada, had been sending P500 every 15th of the month to support his three children. But this had since stopped.
