3 drug suspects caught with P153K shabu in Pasay City.

Three drug suspects, including a minor, were arrested by members of the Pasay City Police Sub-Station 7 for possession of shabu worth P153,000 on Wednesday afternoon.

Pasay City police chief Col. Cesar Paday-os identified the arrested suspects as Arturo Estopa, Marlon Mendoza, and a certain “MJ”, all residents of Pasay City.

Paday-os said the suspects were arrested at about 3:50 p.m. on Saint Rita St. in Barangay 178, Maricaban, Pasay City.

He said that prior to the arrest of the suspects, members of Police Sub-Station 7 were conducting Oplan Galugad when they chanced upon the suspects engaging in a drug transaction.

The city police chief said the suspects were immediately arrested and confined at the Pasay City Police custodial facility.

Paday-os said the cops recovered from the suspects five heat-sealed sachets containing about 22.50 grams of shabu.

The suspects are now facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
