Lee Hyun Woo has been added to the talented cast of the Korean version of “Money Heist.”
Hyun Woo has been tapped to play the role of the youngest member of the Professor’s Gang, Rio (Liu).
It was earlier reported that actor Park Jung Woo was cast for the role. Unfortunately, he had to back out because of scheduling conflicts with his current drama “Fly High Butterfly.”
Lee Hyun Woo will be making his television comeback after completing his mandatory service and filming the movie “Dream” starring Park Seo Jun and IU.
“I’m excited to be greeting viewers through a drama for the first time in a while. I’ll do my best to create a cool, memorable character and an appealing production for those who are anticipating the Korean remake of ‘Money Heist,” the actor said in a statement.
Hyun Woo will be joining Yoo Ji Tae, Park Hae Soo, Jeon Jong Seo, Lee Won Jong, Kim Ji Hoon, Jang Yoon Joo, and Lee Kyu Ho.
