'Dante' makes landfall over Eastern Samar -- PAGASA

The center of tropical storm "Dante" (international name "Choi-wan") has made landfall over Sulat, Eastern Samar at 8:30 p.m., Tuesday, June 1, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 10:30 p.m. tropical cyclone update.

PAGASA will be issuing a tropical cyclone bulletin at 11 p.m.
