Solenn Heussaff reveals torturous affliction

Solenn Heussaff recently took to social media to share with fans an ongoing painful condition.

According to Solenn, her struggle with De Quervain's tenosynovitis, otherwise known as mommy thumb, has been going on for months now and it's been making it hard for her to use her right hand.

She shared, “Wake up early because of the pain I get from my Dequervains synovitis. Its been 5 months and it sucks.

"Being forced to use my left hand during these times has made me realize how unfriendly everyday things are to left handed people..."

She has tried different solutions to no avail.

"I have tried hand exercises, dry needling, thumb splint. Giving it 2 more weeks and will take the injection of steroids on affected are as everyone recommends."

The situation has made her forego her regular workouts.

Solenn jested, "I never thought I would say this: I miss push ups and burpees...”
