"Click what you need, suggest titles for others to pick!"
To encourage learning and reading amid the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, the University of Santo Tomas (UST) library is offering a version of its community pantry with its free e-resources supplies available online.

Called the "Thomasian Community E-Resources Pantry," UST Miguel de Benavides (UST MdB) Library said the initiative is meant to help the students "unwind, reduce stress, and cope with the health crisis."
"Community pantries are flourishing these days to provide mutual aid and help each other out at this time of global health crisis, a Bayanihan way, indeed," UST MdB wrote on Facebook.
The online e-resources, accessible via Google Drive, is also available to UST academic and administrative officials, faculty members, and support staff.
Some articles and ebooks are downloadable, while others are loanable for five days. Meanwhile, there are videos available for streaming, too.
Ebooks available include lifestyle magazines, photography books, and illustration books.
Students may also suggest a title for others to read, watch, or listen to by accomplishing the form "Suggested Titles."
"The availability of the title/s submitted will be checked to share with the community. If unavailable, title/s will be assessed for approval and possible purchase," the library said.
Additional resources will be posted on the library website and its social media pages every Monday and Thursday.
