'May The 4th Be With You': Moonton reveals Mobile Legends x Star Wars collab

The Force is coming to the Land of Dawn.

Game developer Shanghai Moonton Technology Co. Ltd. announced on Tuesday, May 4, an upcoming collaboration between its hit mobile MOBA game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and George Lucas' science fiction franchise Star Wars.

The exciting announcement coincided with the date considered by fans as the Star Wars Day which was born out of a witty pun from the movie's classic slogan "May the Force Be With You".

Moonton has yet to reveal clear details about the collaboration but online leaks allege that exclusive skins inspired by Darth Vader and Jedi Master Yoda are on the way.

The game developer also bared that the partnership will only be available in the Philippines, the rest of Southeast Asia and Japan.

In the recent past, Moonton collaborated with other titles such as the video game series King of Fighters as well as celebrities most notably Manny Pacquiao.

The iconic Filipino boxer was the inspiration of the brawny Fighter hero Paquito and his exclusive skin.
