Probably for lack of material, the 32-year-old actor featured himself and his girlfriend in his latest vlog.

In there, they're seen doing some simple exercises.

Gerald also lectured Julia on proper balance and focus.

From time to time, the young star would ask her bae if she's doing the right thing.

Julia would also request to lessen her sets.

But Gerald is firm as coach.

It prompted Julia to declare, "Remind me not to train with you!"
