The Pasay City government scheduled the distribution of P3,000 financial assistance to about 5,745 public school students from June 1 to 4.
Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said the beneficiaries are among the 60,000 public school students who will be receiving P3,000 each, covering the period of October to December 2020.
Rubiano said the city government released the financial assistance to about 15,456 students on May 31.
She said the city government scheduled the distribution of financial assistance to 4,402 students from Timoteo Paez Elementary School on June 1 to 4.
The mayor said the distribution will be made at the Pasay City East School grounds because of the vaccination activity being held at the school covered court.
Rubiano said 1,344 students from Apelo Cruz Elementary were scheduled to receive their financial assistance on June 1 and 2 at the school covered court.
She also reminded the principals of the concerned schools to plan with representatives of the barangay the efficient distribution of cash and ensure that precautionary measures against COVID-19) are being observed.
