San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora launched on Friday an updated registration portal to cater to the A4 (economic frontliners) priority group due to the high number of people on the list.

"In fact, meron na kaming registration system na updated wherein you can click whether you're a San Juan resident or not," Zamora said during the Department of Health (DOH) forum.
"Ginawa namin ito para hindi kami ma-confuse sa pagbibilang ng babakunahan namin because if you do not segregate the data, it will muddle our information. So gusto namin na accurate namin mabilang talaga yung within San Juan and those living from other cities but are working in San Juan (We've implemented this for us not to get confused in tallying the number of vaccinees because if you do not segregate the data, it will muddle our information. We really want to accurately count those living in San Juan and those living from other cities but are working in San Juan)," he added.
Zamora assured his constituents who have registered for vaccination that they will all be inoculated in a proper and orderly manner.
According to the San Juan local government, the city now has 77,259 total registrants equivalent to 90.47 percent of the total targeted population.
Meanwhile, Zamora said that with the opening of the city's newest vaccination site at the Greenhills Shopping Center, San Juan's daily rate of vaccination per day can now increase from 3,000 to 4,000 per day, and can even be expanded to 5,000 per day if needed.
