Notice of Annual Stockholders' Meeting of Megaworld Corporation

The Annual Stockholders’ Meeting of Megaworld Corporation (“Megaworld”) will be held virtually on 18 June 2021 at 9:00 a.m. 

Stockholders who wish to participate must register from 9:00 AM of 28 May 2021 until 5:00 PM of 11 June 2021.  

The Information Statement and other information on the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting are available at the Megaworld website.
