OMG! Jasmine Curtis-Smith's condo unit occupied, robbed

Actress Jasmine Curtis-Smith has recently moved into her long-acquired studio unit.

But before she moved in, she was surprised that strangers occupied her unit without her knowledge.

According to Jasmine, she purchased the property almost six to seven years ago as an "investment."

Then she wasn't able to utilize it for a year and a half after it was turned over due to her "lack of knowledge" in property handling.

"I was about to move in after that year and a half but when I got to the unit, it was LIVED IN," she shared.

All the plastic sealing of her sinks, faucets, etc were torn and with empty bottles, sachets, she added.

The 27-year-old star said the illegal tenants even stole the range and cabinet handles that came with the unit.

Thankfully, the condo changed security and management some years after the said incident, she said. That's why Jasmine decided to keep it and not sell it anymore.

"Plus I thought about how useful this place will be not just for me but for overseas family visiting in the future. Like my mama who likes being near the shops and cafes," the sister of Anne Curtis said.
