Negros Occidental's Binadlan Falls now more accessible than ever thanks to this DPWH project
Traveling to Binadlan Falls in Binalbagan, Negros Occidental has become easier and safer with the completion of a 2.5-kilometer access road leading to the tourist destination.

Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Mark A. Villar said that the P63.53-million road improvement project was completed in February 2021.
The main feature of the newly-built road is a 6.10-meter wide, 230-millimeter thick portland concrete cement pavement (PCCP). Also included in the road works were provision of shoulders, drainage, slope protection, and safety devices.
Villar said the access road was constructed to provide a better travel experience for people going to Binadlan Falls, which is normally accessed via an uncomfortable commute along a old muddy road.
According to DPWH Regional Office 6 Director Lea N. Delfinado, the new concrete road has also provided a convenient way for local folk, particularly those from Barangay Bi-ao to transport their products to the town.
The road also serves as the best route to reach the upper barangays of Binalbagan town as well as the many tourist attractions in the southern portion of Negros Occidental, Delfinado added.
