After releasing Aspect, Laus Playbook Esports is now looking for a new jungler

Laus Playbook Esports is now searching for a jungler/core player to replace Joshua "Aspect" Tating in time for The Nationals Season 3 Mobile Legends: Bang Bang conference.

LPE coach Brian "Panda" Lim himself revealed the development through a Facebook story he posted on Thursday night, May 21.

Afew moments before Panda's story, Playbook released Aspect following the team's disappointing debut campaign in the MPL Philippines Season 7.

Together with Cignal Ultra, LPE was eliminated early in the MPL-PH after ending up at the bottom of Group B with only three wins in 14 matches throughout the seven-week Regular Season.

Coming off a successful campaign in the MPL Qualifiers, Panda's squad actually got off to an impressive start by beating crowd darling Nexplay Esports, 2-1, in the opening week.

It was a gutsy victory for the young guns of Season 3 and SEA Games champion mentor as only three of them were playing at bootcamp while the other two, including Aspect, were at their respective homes in accordance with MPL’s health and safety protocols.

“We were playing with just three people against five. It was really a big relief and I’m happy with the result today,” Panda told Manila Bulletin in an interview back then.

However, playing separately eventually took its toll on LPE as it lost its next three series.

Panda and his crew were able to snap their skid with a stunning 2-1 win over Season 6 runner-up Smart Omega but they underwent a slump once again and failed to recover in time.

With its future jungler, LPE will look to bounce back in The Nationals Season 3 later this year and improve its third-place finish in the previous edition.
