Rochelle Pangilinan plays triplets in latest Wish Ko Lang! episode

Rochelle Pangilinan admits playing the role of triplets was very challenging for her.

The Kapuso actress banners this week’s latest offering of Wish Ko Lang! alongside Ervic Vijandre, Therese Malvar, Miggy Tolentino, and Tanya Gomez.

“Oh my gosh. Mahirap siya physically and mentally,” said Rochelle, who takes on the characters Carina, Carmen, and Cassandra in the “Triplets” episode. “Noon ginawa ko twins, pero Daisy Siete pa ‘yun. Ngayon triplets, mahirap talaga siya.”

She said she accepted the role as she sees it as an opportunity to better her acting chops.

“Pero out of the box , tinanggap ko pa rin kasi challenging para sa akin 'yung role. S’yempre gusto ko mag grow as an actress. Masarap yung may bagong ginagawa. Sana magustuhan ng viewers,” she added.

In the story, the triplets Carina, Carmen, at Cassandra have a long-standing misunderstanding among themselves. Their mother (Tanya) is sick and asked Carmen to mediate among the siblings.

Carmen’s husband, Alonzo (Ervic), allowed her sisters Carina and Cassandra to temporarily live with them so that the triplets could patch things up.

But Alonzo has a habit of being a womanizer—something that his friend Greg (Miggy) has long been trying to dissuade him from doing. Alonzo’s actions did not escape the scrutiny of their household help, Myrna (Therese). It would not take long before Alonzo caused another conflict among the triplets.

Is reconciliation still possible for Carina, Cassandra, and Carmen?
