EDSA traffic disciplinarian Nebrija spots the ultimate 'kamote rider'

So-called "Kamote Riders"--riders who have wanton disregard for the law and rules of the road--are quite a common sight on EDSA.

But this particular kamote rider did something so egregious that Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) traffic czar Edison Bong Nebrija couldn't help but make a post about him so that others may not emulate him.

Based on Nebrija's Facebook post, the errant biker broke multiple traffic rules, and even put others in harm's way.

"Nakatsinelas at walang helmet, tapos sa bike lane pa dumaan na may barrier na. Ginitgit pa yung biker. Malamang sa alamang wala ring lisensya ito at kung meron man malamang sa fixer dinaan (Wearing slippers with no helmet, and he encroached on the bike lane even if there's already a barrier. He jostled with the biker. This guy probably doesn't have a license as well, and if he does, he probably paid a fixer to get one)," he said.

EDSA's top traffic disciplinarian ended his post with the hashtags #KAMOTE, #PasawayIsReal, #RespectTheBikeLaneAndTheBikers to stress his message to his followers.

Nebrija is known for not backing down against traffic trolls, so his tough talk on social media comes as no surprise.
