TV Patrol reporter Doland Castro bid goodbye to ABS-CBN after serving more than 20 years in the broadcast industry.
Castro has filed an early retirement from the broadcast network to take a new path in serving the public.
A post shared by the Kapamilya Online World hinted at Castro's plan to run for a council seat in the first district of Quezon City in 2022.
Castro started as a junior patroller for "Junior TV Patrol" program in 1990.
In year 2000, Castro became a researcher/writer/segment producer for ABS-CBN.
It was in 2003 when Castro joined TV Patrol.
Castro thanked his superiors for their trust during his stint on TV Patrol.
"For the last time, I am Doland Castro, your Filipino Patrol!" wrote Castro.
