Interestingly, San Miguel star big man June Mar Fajardo possesses an uncanny resemblance with an exceptional man like himself, albeit not in basketball but in esports.

With his long, artificial blonde hair and thin-framed spectacles, the six-time PBA MVP Fajardo might be mistaken for two-time The International champion mid laner Topias "Topson" Taavitsainen of OG.

And the back-to-back TI winning team took notice, featuring the 31-year-old pride of Cebu and the 23-year-old Finnish Dota 2 star in a version of the famous "Spiderman pointing at Spiderman" meme.

OG also gave Fajardo a huge shoutout through his Facebook page AHOS Gaming ("ahos" means garlic in Bisaya) and the PBA star greatly appreciated the gesture.

Apart from being a force underneath the basket, Fajardo is also known as an avid Dota 2 player together with other PBA standouts like Marc Pingris, Japeth Aguilar and Kiefer Ravena.

In fact, the eight-time PBA champ and his peers participated in the Lockdown Games, a charity tournament organized by local esports giant Mineski for the medical frontliners.

The Gilas Pilipinas mainstay held charity streams as well through his channel AHOS Gaming which now enjoys over 107,000 subscribers on YouTube and over 98,000 followers on Facebook.

Playing Dota 2 and other online games also helped the eight-time Best Player of the Conference and three-time Finals MVP to channel his competitiveness in a different arena while recovering from a shin injury that ruled him out of joining the Beermen in the PBA Philippine Cup bubble last year.

As for Topson, he is a pub star-turned millionaire who has earned approximately $5 million (over P239 million in current exchange) for winning the TI8 and TI9 with the European Dota 2 powerhouse OG.

Both Fajardo and Topson are masters in their own crafts. The only obvious difference between them are their respective heights.
