'Ay, Catriona!' Why did MJ Lastimosa say this about Miss Thailand?

Former Miss Universer Philippines MJ Lastimosa is now in Seminole Hard Rock & Casino, Hollywood, Florida. She's one of the many Filipino supporters cheering for Rabiya Mateo, and she attended the Miss Universe preliminaries for the swimsuit and evening gown competition where she witness Miss Thailand Amanda Obdan walking the runway.

But what got her attention was Obdan copying the walk of Catriona Gray. She couldn't help but comment "Ay, Catriona!"' while taking the video of Miss Thailand's walk.

Miss Thailand did it again for the second time. Again, MJ blurted out, "Ginaya niya si Catriona maglakad. Ganyan si Catriona, e!"

As always, there are two factions from the pageant fans with some retweeting and supporting MJ while the others pointed out that she should be careful with her comments as she might get bashed. She tweeted back, "Hindi po ako nang-aaway normal naman pag-aralan mga past queens. I just can see Cat (Catriona) in her. I also watched Cat live in Thailand e. I also studied Dayana Mendoza (Miss Universe 2008—love her to death."
