Operatives of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) almost clashed again in a shopping mall parking lot in Quezon city on Friday.
According to a DZBB report, the QCPD station 4 and PDEA both have anti-drugs operations at the parking lot of a mall in Fairview.
The operations of the two agencies were legitimate, according to QCPD station 4.
Both agencies have yet to release a statement on the incident.
In February, two police officers, one PDEA agent and a drug informant were killed after anti-narcotics teams from QCPD and PDEA exchanged fires in an apparent “misencounter” during a supposed buy-bust operation at a parking lot on a fastfood restaurant along Commonwealth Ave.
