Pasay LGU completes distribution of financial assistance

The Pasay City government has completed the distribution of financial assistance of P1,000 up to P4,000 to the remaining 22,000 beneficiaries belonging to the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).

Mayor Emi Calixto- Rubiano said the payout of financial assistance to the remaining 22,000 beneficiaries or about 10 percent was made at the Cuneta Astrodome on May 13 and 14 before the deadline set by the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).

Rubiano said that prior to the distribution of financial aid to the 4Ps beneficiaries, a meeting with 188 leader was held to ensure the guidelines on the standard health protocols set by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) would be followed during the payout.

She said that aside from following the IATF guidelines, she also told the 188 leaders to follow their schedules for the payout.

The mayor said the payout was smooth and orderly.
