The Department of Health classified local government units (LGUs) with ADAR higher than 10 per 100,000 as high-risk LGUs.
While some cities have registered higher COVID-19 cases in the past week, OCTA said that the reproduction number in the entire country is lower at 0.81.
"The most current seven-day average of daily new COVID-19 cases in the Philippines is 6,522, which is 16 percent lower compared to the previous week," it pointed out.
