7 reasons why we're excited for Zara Beauty

It launches this week!

From its wide range of fragrances, international fashion retail brand Zara is about to introduce a wide range of cosmetics products tomorrow, May 12. Posted on their Instagram account was a teaser that says, "Infinite possibilities. Experience beauty, bigger: its breadth of color, its boundless creativity, its pluralistic point of view."

Shot by Mario Godlewski, the film director and photographer also posted in his own Instagram account his Zara Beauty film with the caption, "I’m thrilled to be part of the launch of Zara Beauty. A huge thank you to the incredible team at Baron & Baron and Zara for inviting me to shoot this film."

Browsing through all the teaser posts of Zara, here's what we know about the cosmetics collection.

1. Conscious product development.
Each ingredient has been carefully chosen for its clean formulas. No animal testing was involved.

2. Sustainability in mind.
They are refillable, making it easy to reuse and reduce waste. Designed by creative director Fabien Baron, "our packaging merges the principles of luxury with the art of innovation."

3. Full product range.
This cosmetics category offers a complete collection for the eyes, lips, face, and nails.

4. Wide choices of textures.
Its potent pigments come in different finishes such as matte, metallic, glitter, and pearlescent.

5. Prices starts at USD5.50.
Affordably-priced products that we can't wait to try. Hopefully, it gets to the Philippines real soon as it launches in select countries (Japan and Korea in Asia) for now.

6. Recycling initiatives in stores.
Select stores will be able to accept their used beauty products. "We are working to develop a recycling program to give them a new life."

7. There's a virtual tour.
Since the Philippines isn't part of the list just yet, we can take the virtual tour (up soon) on their site for now.
