Controversial actor Gerald Anderson quoted Seneca in his most recent social media post.

It read: "How much better to heal than seek revenge from injury."

Not a few of his followers believe this is his reaction to ex-girlfriend Bea Alonzo's most recent interview wherein she labeled him "selfish."

In the same interview, Bea also accused Gerald of "gaslighting" her.

"The least thing you can do for breaking someone's heart is to not add insult the injury. Grow up. Man up pls."
